Why we are called Nalaya

Nalaya comes from ancient Sanskrit roots that express the idea of returning to one’s natural rhythm. “Na” reflects a return or homecoming, while “Laya” means harmony, flow, or the gentle merging of body, mind, and spirit. Together, they form Nalaya — a word that reminds us that true longevity begins when we reconnect with ourselves.
